I received a promotional email today from the Wizards of the Coast PR team. Promotion for the 2024 rules update has been going pretty well for a while now, so for those of you who have been following along, there shouldn’t be much that’s new.
If you’re not sure if the 2024 rules are for you, you can find a free version of the rules on D&D Beyond. The options are limited, but it has everything you need to run a game. You can create a Cleric, Fighter, Rogue, and Wizard. There’s one subclass for each, and fewer background options than you’ll find in the PHB.
Anyway, check out the links below:
The new and improved 2024 Player’s Handbook is the ultimate guide for 5th Edition D&D players. Fans can play their way with optimized rules for character creation and growth, exploration, combat, equipment, spells, and more. Plus, create amazing heroes from an expanded selection of character origins, class features, and subclasses, revised and balanced for endless fun.
