About Surviving Strangehollow:
Surviving Strangehollow is a 5E+ supplement and campaign setting designed for players and DMs alike. The book’s content is a blend of exciting new fiction from established authors and a multitude of new options for players and DMs to add to any campaign. The design team is made up of top-notch talent, including the creators of Forgotten Realms (Wizards of the Coast) and Exandria (Critical Role), producers of Crooked Moon, and writers for Shadowrun, Transformers, Pathfinder, and many other products.
The land of Strangehollow was imagined and created by UK-based watercolorist Emily Hare. Her 60+ creatures form the core of content for DMs, each richly hand-painted in detail. Most of the creatures are designed to be adventures in themselves, with detailed encounter options, ecological descriptions, and fiction that brings the creatures to life. DMs will also find new mechanics for out-of-combat hazards, expiration options, and expanded ways to use skills in their campaigns.
Players will find dozens of new character options, including an all-new character class, new playable races, over 10 subclasses, several feats, and interesting backgrounds. Spells and magical/rare items are also sprinkled throughout the content, giving gamers plenty of new and fun ways to enrich their gaming experience.
